Bosko Sutalo signs for Verona on loan from Atalanta

Former GNK Dinamo Zagreb defender makes temporary move to Italy

Verona have announced the signing of Bosko Sutalo on loan from Atalanta. The 24-year-old centre-back has been with Dinamo Zagreb since 2022, and has also represented Croatia at international level.

Sutalo is a product of the Dinamo Zagreb academy, and made his debut for the first team in 2017. He has since made over 100 appearances for the club, and has won two league titles and one Croatian Cup.

Sutalo has also been capped by Croatia at under-21 level, and was part of the squad that won the 2021 European Under-21 Championship.

He is now set to join Verona on a season-long loan, and will be hoping to make a similar impact to that which he had at Dinamo Zagreb. Sutalo is a strong and physical defender, who is also good on the ball.
