GIPHY, the popular GIF search engine, has announced three new options for users to share GIFs on Facebook.
- Upload a GIF natively: Users can now upload GIFs directly to Facebook's status box.
- Use Facebook's built-in GIF tool: Facebook has added a GIF button to its comment and status boxes, allowing users to search and share GIFs.
- Upload or post a GIF on Facebook desktop: Users can upload GIFs to their Facebook profile or post them in comments and messages from their desktop computers.
Additional Notes
It is important to note that users cannot directly upload a GIF to their Facebook profile picture. Instead, Facebook allows users to set an animated seven-second clip as their profile picture.
These new features provide users with more options for sharing GIFs on Facebook, making it easier to add a touch of humor or visual interest to their posts and comments.
